These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "You") and foka88 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://foka88.cam ("the Platform", "the Site").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any part of the foka88 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using foka88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. foka88 does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your location and that you are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the real-money features of foka88, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (IDR). foka88 reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on foka88. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or through nominees — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be immediately closed, and all balances including bonus funds and pending withdrawals will be forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact our support team for assistance.

3.3 KYC (Identity Verification)

foka88 operates in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and requires all Members to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding Rp 5,000,000 or as triggered by our compliance systems. Acceptable identity documents include:

3.4 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

foka88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 (Rp 25,000 for eligible e-wallets).
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction via bank transfer; lower limits apply to e-wallets.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• foka88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit from bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard processing time: 1–24 hours for verified accounts. VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 6 hours.
• foka88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by your bank's systems.
• Withdrawals may be subject to compliance review. foka88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

foka88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion and the general terms set out herein. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. To qualify:

• Minimum first deposit of Rp 100,000 required to activate the bonus.
• Bonus is awarded once per account, device, household, and IP address.
• Bonus funds carry a 10x wagering requirement calculated on the total of (bonus + deposit amount).
• Bonus must be used within 30 days of activation; unused bonus and associated winnings will expire.
• Contribution rates: Sports Betting and Live Casino count 100% toward wagering; Slots count 100%; Table Games count 10%.
• Maximum bet per round while using bonus funds: Rp 500,000.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud

foka88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other behavior designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. The determination of what constitutes abuse rests solely with foka88.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on foka88 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules governing each market type. foka88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations involving incorrect odds, suspected fraud, or technical errors.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. foka88 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets are subject to suspension and cancellation at any time during an event. Bets accepted after an event's conclusion due to a technical delay will be voided. foka88 accepts no liability for any delay in bet acceptance resulting from internet latency on the User's end.

6.4 Game Outcomes and Fairness

All casino games on foka88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness. Game results are final once confirmed on screen. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the result will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours via [email protected].

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on foka88 and may result in imme diate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal or unauthorized sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

8 Privacy & Data

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

foka88 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. foka88 shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or damages arising from Platform downtime or connectivity interruptions.

9.2 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, foka88's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. foka88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

foka88 provides responsible gaming tools to help Users manage their activity. However, the Company accepts no liability for losses incurred by any User who has not activated available responsible gaming tools, or who has provided false information regarding their age, identity, or financial circumstances. Gambling involves inherent financial risk; Users participate entirely at their own risk.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by foka88

foka88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required period.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User or their bank.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• At the direction of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

10.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your foka88 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable deductions) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 10 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. foka88 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rp 25,000 per month. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators.

foka88 operates under an international gaming license and adheres to globally accepted standards for responsible gaming, data protection, and financial compliance. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies by jurisdiction and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your location.
